Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. 

To process any return, exchange (replacement), or refund, you must:
- Provide clear photos or a short video clearly showing the issue or defect.
- Return the product to the address we provide in all cases.

We will primarily offer a replacement where possible. A full refund will be issued only if a replacement is not possible or if you specifically request a refund and we approve it.

Change of Mind or Subjective Expectations
We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size (if the correct size was ordered), or because the product "does not work for me" after use. Non-defective items are generally final sale.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in all cases. Return shipping may be covered by us only for approved defective items if we explicitly agree in advance.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product shows signs of improper use, if required documentation (photos/video) is missing, or if the item is not returned in its original condition.
